Reservations
How do I reserve an appointment?+
Through the booking page, Instagram, or a direct message. We reply at the earliest moment.
Do you welcome walk-ins?+
The boutique is entirely private and works strictly by appointment, so each guest receives our full attention.
What if I arrive late?+
A delay beyond fifteen minutes may shorten or release your appointment, as each service is composed around a dedicated time.
The Collection
Which houses do you work with?+
A short list of trusted professional brands — OPI, The Gel Bottle, Apres, and CND among them.
How long does gel polish last?+
Between two and three weeks, depending on the nails and daily use.
Do extensions harm the natural nail?+
Not when applied with the right technique and released with care. The integrity of the natural nail is always honoured.
Hygiene
How are the instruments sterilised?+
Every instrument is washed, disinfected, and autoclave-sterilised after each guest.
What if I have sensitivities?+
Please share this before your visit, so hypoallergenic alternatives may be prepared with care.
Policies
Which forms of payment are welcomed?+
Credit and debit cards, and cash. A deposit secures your reservation.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Cancellations offered more than 24 hours in advance are honoured without charge. Later releases forfeit the deposit.
